Went to raymond's house yesterday to mj, won. HOHO! Headed down to 85 for supper after that. Had lots of sin yesterday, chicken wing, oyster, porridge, noodles. Feeling that the night was still young, went down to parkway to play pool and went back home at around 3am.

so i slept for 3hours, woke up at 6am, report for duty at 7am armed and ammunition draw-ed. I felt super tired and i almost fall asleep in the van before reaching our destination. Arrested 2 male subject, one local and one vietnamese under Singapore law Section 8(4) Cap49, will be charge court. Escort accused back to station and i had breakfast with one of the reservist. His name is Ken Lim, 39 going 40. He treated me lunch and gave me a very good talk. He asked me had i plan what to do after i officially get the fcuk out of NS. I said yes, i planned to study and he greatly encourage me that. Ken asked me will i sign on for police force next time, i hesitated and answered probably i will. After that he asked me a very good question, do you want to have a stable life, or a stable and happier life. I said definitely the stable and happier life. He encouraged me not to sign on, first SPF does not entitle you PUBLIC HOLIDAY, second, there is no such things call OT(OVER TIME) and does not pay you that well actually. Ken used to be in the force some years ago and pursue his future after he resign from police force. He told me he was not that educated, he had problems finding job after he resign. He told me that did not beat him down, he kept trying and finally found his current job. He is a manager now drawing double of what he used to draw in SPF. The main thing he want to tell me is, education is really important and that he had difficulty in finding jobs before he pursue his studies later on. He also told me, if he gave up himself in the past, he wont be having what he holds right now. Most importantly is to work hard, prove yourself worthy, and of course work legally. This talk really encourage me to be a good boy studying 6 months later and of course me being in SPF is not a question. I certainly feel that nothing is perfect, SPF might not be the best job out there risking your life every minutes but at least it's for people who enjoys the thrill of the job like me.

Oh did i mention i won myself a body of bruises and cuts while trying to pin the subject down to the floor. I supposed no police man will go home with a complete full piece, my in-charge told me that's call battle mark, work done with sweat and blood.
